Refund Policy

Dear Student,

Thank you for buying courses on! We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, As with online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on CGS Coaching, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Classes (Live Classes / Video Course)

CGS Coaching, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a Batch/class, or an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force major events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

  1. In case CGS Coaching cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the Candidates. However, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
  2. If a cancellation is done by a candidate 2 days (or more) prior to the event (before batch start), 50% of the total paid fee (Additionally, GST and Payment gateway charges) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.
  3. If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 2 days of course purchase (after batch start), a 100% cashback will be paid (after deducting GST & Payment gateway charges) if the candidate has not watched more than 2 classes/videos. If a candidate has watched more than 2 classes, there won’t be any refund.

No refund will be provided for the delay in the batch start.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by CGS Coaching.
